Serenity Springs Massage was founded in 2004 by Joy Ballou to provide excellent and quality massage and spa services to the people of Redding. Joy’s guiding principles are integrity, honesty, and excellence. In 2007 life’s events were moving Joy in another direction, so Lynette Jenné, a personal friend and classmate of Joy’s, purchased Serenity Springs Massage and is continuing to grow the business by expanding services to include: Bodywork, Reflexology, Detoxing Body Wraps, and referrals to other professionals when needed by our clients.
