Lynette has been in practice since 2004. She attended New Life Institute of Massage Therapy here in Redding and once completed with the Basic Course she opened Supreme Spirit Massage and has worked privately and as a contractor for Chiropractors since then. Lynette also continued her education and training in Massage and Bodywork to complete all available coursework and has currently over 680 hours and is certified through NCTMB. In 2007 she purchased Serenity Springs and merged the 2 businesses under one name and brought her package of services to expand Serenity Springs. Lynette is planning to expand into a clinic for chronic pain relief and health maintenance in the future.

Lynette has a love for helping people and doing just that has been a part of her whole life. Lynette is a veteran, she served with the USAFR as an Aeromedical Evacuation Technician (flight medic) aboard the C-141 Starlifter Aircraft and in Air Force Hospitals. She has also done work as a Nurse’s Assistant and a Medical Assistant after leaving the Reserves. She has devoted most of her adult life to her husband and 4 children. With the kids grown, she is expanding and growing the things she enjoys. Lynette teaches 4 high school sciences: Anatomy, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at a local private school.
